About The Position

Summer Human Resources Intern Location: Providence, RI Duration: Summer (10–12 weeks) Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid – In office on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday About the Internship This is not a typical HR internship. Join AAA Northeast for a hands-on, rotational experience where you’ll learn how Human Resources supports a growing organization with multiple lines of business—all within an employee‑centered, service‑driven culture. You’ll work alongside HR professionals and contribute to real projects that support employees and the business. Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Available full-time for the summer; Work in office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in human resources management or related degree.
