As our global footprint continues to spread across the world, we are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team in Northbrook, IL. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to core HR processes, talent initiatives, and the practical application of AI in Human Resources. The intern will play an active role in supporting and implementing AI‑enabled HR programs and process improvements across the organization. Requirements

  • Rising senior currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development/Design, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Some experience with AI tools, data analytics, or technology‑enabled solutions (coursework, projects, internships, or tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI, Python, R, etc.)
  • Indefinite right to work in the United States

  • Strong interest in Human Resources, analytics, and the use of AI in business processes
  • Comfortable working with data, systems, and technology; curious about how AI can improve efficiency and decision‑making
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and enhancement of AI‑enabled HR tools and processes, including internal mobility initiatives, performance management programs, and other critical HR initiatives
  • Support talent‑related programs such as recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, and employee development
  • Conduct research on emerging HR technology and AI trends and provide recommendations to the HR team
  • Assist with change management, communications, and training materials related to new HR tools or programs
  • Participate in special projects aligned with global HR priorities and business needs

Benefits

  • The hourly rate for this position is $25.00.
  • Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus to assist with housing, travel, and other relocation expenses, subject to terms and conditions.
  • Your internship will consist of a 10-12 weeklong project, networking, learning & development opportunities, and will provide you with the opportunity to make a real world impact.
