We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our dynamic team. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience and make a real impact through meaningful projects. Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Passion: Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage in Exciting Initiatives: Help drive system-wide programs like Fresh Air Fridays, Blood Drives, and Ride Share Programs.
- Collaborate with HR Professionals: Work alongside experienced HR experts on various projects and initiatives.
Benefits
- Flexible Schedule: Work 15-20 hours per week, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm.
- Location: Our Front Street Office in La Crosse, WI.
- Pay: Earn $16.00/hour.
- Duration: We have the ability for you to be within this role for a maximum of 1 year.
