About The Position

Are you ready to jump-start your career in Human Resources?  Join us this summer as a Human Resources Intern, where you’ll gain hands-on experience and make a real impact!  This is an exciting opportunity to work approximately 24 hours per week, with flexibility to work primarily from your home and occasional visits to our Columbus office. The expected pay rate for this position will be approximately $18.00 to $19.00 per hour. Requirements

  • Minimum Junior class standing; working towards a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or similar field preferred
  • Must be proficient in Word and Excel or similar software
  • Good organizational, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
  • Good communication skills, including tactful and diplomatic verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in maintaining confidential information

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Collaborate with HR professionals on recruitment and branding efforts.
  • Training & Development: Play a key role in planning, developing and administering training programs that empower our team members.
  • Document Imaging & Organization: Assist in updating and digitizing our HR records, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Departmental Projects: Engage in various HR projects, including assisting with our annual all-staff meeting in July.
