About The Position
Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital is a Critical Access Hospital, stand-alone, not-for-profit hospital located in Ste. Genevieve, MO, that focuses on personalized care. Our 25-inpatient bed facility is a Medicare 4-star rated and is ranked in the top 1% nationally for Patient Safety, Quality, and Efficiency. Requirements
- Basic Skill Set (Read, write, speak English)
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (Junior or Senior preferred) in Human Resources or Business Administration, required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all information contained in or pertaining to personnel files
- Support the Human Resources Department in various areas
- Accurately and effectively complete onboarding process, including but not limited to conducting reference checks, setting up onboarding appointments, new hire paperwork, and badge printing
- Ensure job descriptions are signed by department managers, new employees and transferring employees
- Scanning documentation into employee files
- Assist with maintaining employee data within the HRIS system
- Other duties as assigned
