About The Position

As an HR Intern at i2G Systems, you will gain hands-on experience across several areas of Human Resources including payroll and benefits administration, HR operations, training development, and HR reporting and analytics. This internship is designed to give you meaningful exposure to how HR supports employees, managers, and leadership in a growing organization.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Interest in exploring a career in Human Resources

Responsibilities

  • Support payroll preparation and documentation review
  • Assist with benefits enrollment tracking and employee communications
  • Help maintain employee data in HR systems
  • Review payroll or benefits reports for accuracy
  • Support benefits education materials for employees
  • Support onboarding coordination for new hires
  • Maintain HR documentation and personnel records
  • Assist with employee lifecycle tracking (hire, transfer, leave, etc.)
  • Organize HR policies, forms, and internal resources
  • Help identify opportunities to streamline HR processes
  • Assist with creating or updating training materials
  • Help organize training sessions and track attendance
  • Format presentations or learning resources
  • Support development of employee and manager resources
  • Support HR reporting and workforce metrics
  • Organize HR data for analysis
  • Assist with building simple dashboards or reporting tools
  • Identify trends in HR data
  • Support HR analytics initiatives
