About The Position

Join Our Team Are you looking to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Our team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Summer Intern to support key HR initiatives and daily operations at our Blythewood, South Carolina facility. This is a great opportunity to build foundational HR skills while working alongside experienced professionals who support both plant operations and leadership. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Interest in manufacturing, operations, or plant HR
