Responsibilities
- Support HR Manager with administrative tasks
- Participate actively in the recruiting process
- Ensure compliance with employee records and reporting
- Connect with employees and spearhead employee engagement
- Handle key duties such as data entry, call logs, and report generation
- Manage applicant records, process background checks, and maintain the Applicant Tracking System
- Prepare materials for new hires
- Assist in managing benefits and payroll
