The Boulder JCC is seeking a talented, conscientious, and resourceful Human Resources (HR) Director to join their dynamic and community-centered organization. This role is primarily responsible for designing, implementing, and managing human resources strategies, and administering and evaluating all HR functions to ensure the Boulder JCC's mission is upheld. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the HR Director will provide strategic guidance to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement. The position involves comprehensive ownership and direction of HR initiatives with significant authority, covering recruiting, onboarding, staff engagement, employee relations, professional development, compensation and benefits, policy development, and compliance. The role requires an ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong analytical, critical thinking, discretion, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess strategic acumen to collaborate with senior leaders and the technical proficiency to manage daily HR operations.
