The HR Generalist manages the day-to-day operations of the HR Department and supports the VP of HR and organization in legal compliance, development, communication and implementation of all HR policies. The HR Generalist assists with the execution of HR policies/procedures and provides ongoing support to all associates regarding HR inquiries in all areas. The focus areas for this position include but are not limited to; Compliance, Payroll/HRIS System, Benefits, 401K, Worker’s Compensation, Leaves, Onboarding, Terminations, Performance Management, Employee Events and Employee Communication. This position is 100% onsite.
