About The Position

The HR Generalist supports the day-to-day administration of Human Resources policies, programs, and processes across several functional areas, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training, payroll support, and team member services. This role partners closely with leaders, employees, and HR colleagues to help ensure a positive and compliant employee experience.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar HR role.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee and manager questions related to HR policies, processes, and programs; escalate complex matters as appropriate.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee changes, performance management processes, and offboarding.
  • Lead payroll-related activities by overseeing accurate and timely time entry for non-exempt and salaried non-exempt employees.
  • Support employee relations activities, including documentation, corrective action processes, investigations, and performance‑related matters, in alignment with company policies, values, and applicable employment laws.
  • Partner on safety initiatives by supporting safety programs, reporting concerns, coordinating trainings or inspections, and promoting a safe work environment.
  • Participate in employee engagement and culture initiatives, including events, surveys, and activities that support morale, retention, and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to help implement HR programs, learning initiatives, and change efforts using established tools and resources.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and documentation within HR systems and ensure confidentiality at all times.
  • Adhere to the Company Code of Ethics and actively demonstrate company values in all interactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
