The Human Resource Generalist serves as an operational backbone for the East Region Human Resources team at Hartford HealthCare, supporting program design and implementation, screening and resolution of employee relations issues based on tier of risk/severity, leading standard work development to improve quality and process effectiveness, providing data updates, reporting and analysis for drivers and strategic objectives, daily metrics and huddle preparation, and managing ongoing logistics, personnel file management and office equipment/supply management.
