About The Position

Our client is seeking a seasoned and strategi Human Resource Generalist to help expand and properly execute the HR function. With an expanding employee population, successful HR Generalists will be able to provide support, compliance, and structure to company operations. Successful candidates will be overseeing hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, talent acquisition, and additional valuable insights to support the long term goals of the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Management, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
  • Strong familiarity with Employment Law (Federal and State), compliance, OSHA, succession planning, corporate structures, SOP development, employee handbooks, payroll, and talent acquisition.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, HRIS, ATS, and other programs.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Gather and analyze information skillfully; develop alternative solutions to complex employee issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on understanding confidentiality, conflict resolution, and an openness to new ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with employees and provide insights on best practices.
  • Advise and support major stakeholders with hiring, company culture, performance, and other administrative tasks
  • Manage various recruitment platforms and leverage other talent acquisition resources.
  • Initiate all new hire onboarding processes consisting of, but not limited to I9 verifications, W-4s, benefits onboardings, inductions, etc.
  • Maintain accurate employee files and data via the HRIS.
  • Empower and inspire employees; contribute to company morale and culture.
  • Provide seamless customer service-oriented assistance to the employee population regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead special company projects, events, and other HR duties deemed necessary.
