Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, performance management, and employment law.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing experience.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders and employees to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and assist with resolving employee concerns fairly, consistently, and professionally.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and foster a positive, engaged workplace culture.
  • Serve as a trusted resource on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and staffing agencies to meet workforce needs.
  • Support employee development, training, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Help create an exceptional employee experience from recruitment through career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Administer employee leaves, accommodations, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and HR programs.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data integrity.
  • Partner with Payroll, Operations, and EHS to support workforce and compliance initiatives.
  • Assist with compensation administration and annual review processes.
  • Monitor HR metrics and identify opportunities to improve retention, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance both employee experience and business performance.
  • Champion technology and AI-enabled solutions that improve HR effectiveness and scalability.
