This role provides interim coverage for our Benefits Administration, Onboarding in Paylocity, and HR compliance functions during an incumbent's leave of absence, ensuring continuity with no disruption to enrollments, claims, and compliance deadlines. The HR Generalist / Recruiter Support will serve as the primary point of contact for these areas, with recruiting support as needed. You will manage day-to-day benefits operations across all corporate entities, partner with our broker and carriers, support Open Enrollment with the HR Manager, and keep Paylocity clean and accurate. You will also drive smooth onboarding and offboarding, support workers' comp and unemployment claims, and ensure multi-state labor compliance. Because this is a coverage assignment, the first weeks will emphasize a structured ramp-up and knowledge transfer from the HR team, and the final weeks will focus on documentation and a clean hand back to the returning incumbent.
