As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be helping Encompass team members with all benefits, employee relations and payroll questions serving as a primarily point of contact for our Clifton Park Fulfillment Center. You are a culture champion and will lead and personify our culture. Requirements

  • You have 3 +years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced environment
  • You are an Employee Relations expert and are able to handle investigations, manager and team member coaching, performance management and difficult conversations situations with ease
  • You love to support team members within a distribution center environment
  • You can adapt to and drive change in a fast-paced environment, helping others move through the change curve
  • You are self-driven and have a detail-oriented mindset
  • You have a passion for tackling challenges head-on
  • You thrive in fast-past environment
  • You are a 5-star communicator, connect easily with others, and follow up timely with team member requests
  • You are an Excel pro, spreadsheets tell stories to you and help you formulate a plan
  • You are willing to be on-site Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support and fast response to all employee relations inquiries that require deep subject matter knowledge (employee complaints, investigations, employee counseling and leadership coaching, leave of absence, exit interviews, etc.)
  • Serve as a primary contact, for team members on all HR related questions (all benefits, payroll, and employee relations)
  • Perform thorough investigations in a timely manner
  • Lead a variety of projects and initiatives (culture events, wellness programs, HR reports, implementations, process improvement, etc.)
  • Lead and facilitate through change management process
  • Utilize HRIS (Ceridian Dayforce) and work management tracking tool (Jira) into day-to-day activities
  • Provide recruiting support for the Encompass team as needed including sourcing, interviewing, hiring events and onboarding talent
  • Assist Human Resources Team with special projects and initiatives
