The HR Generalist is responsible for day-to-day administration of human resource policies and programs including but not limited to compensation and benefits, training, employee engagement, employee relations, safety, and basic payroll functions. This role also leads recruitment and hiring efforts, supports leave of absence (LOA) processes, and assists with attendance management.
