About The Position

Summit Racing Equipment is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a wide range of HR functions in a fast‑paced, growing environment. This role provides exposure to both tactical HR operations and strategic initiatives, offering an excellent opportunity for a well‑rounded HR professional. About the Role As an HR Generalist, you will support key areas including Employee Relations, HRIS, Leave Management, Benefits Administration, Talent Acquisition, and HR Analytics. You will partner closely with the HR Manager and team members across all levels of site operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or HR certification, plus 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Performs work responsibilities with authentic customer service mindset
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism at all levels
  • Ability to work independently with reasonable oversight and a genuine interest in a collaborative team environment
  • Proficiency in HR systems (Workday preferred), Kronos (familiarity) or other timekeeping systems, and MS Office
  • Experience supporting exempt, non‑exempt, on‑site, and remote staff

Nice To Haves

  • Experience operating as a department‑of‑one is a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish language preferred (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the HR Manager to maintain a strong HR presence across site operations
  • Provide best customer service to team members; make team members’ needs top priority
  • Support full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through candidate on-boarding
  • Administer leave programs and ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and other regulations and policies
  • Track and report HR metrics, including turnover and staffing data
  • Conduct new hire orientation and deliver policy/compliance training
  • Respond to employee questions regarding policies and procedures
  • Perform accurate HRIS data entry and reporting
  • Manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining confidentiality
  • Support training, engagement, and culture initiatives
