About The Position

The Human Resources Generalist develops professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Determines a course of action based on guidelines and modifies processes and methods as required. Delivered high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle, partnering with supervisors and individual contributors to enhance the employee experience and support business objectives Applied HR policies and procedures to resolve employee relations matters, exercising sound judgment within established guidelines and escalating when appropriate Managed issues of moderate scope by analyzing multiple factors, contributing to investigations, and recommending effective resolutions Executed change readiness and change management initiatives to support evolving business needs and future workforce challenges Partnered with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition on recruiting, onboarding, and talent pipeline development to meet staffing and growth goals Supported development and advancement of team members through coaching, policy guidance, and collaboration with leaders Implemented and supported existing and new HR programs, processes, and solutions to improve operational efficiency Reprioritized and executed ad-hoc HR initiatives to address immediate business and employee needs

Requirements

  • 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree
