About The Position

We are seeking an experienced HR Contractor to provide immediate support to the Human Resources function during a period of significant organizational growth. While the primary focus of this role will be supporting Talent Acquisition activities and onboarding, the successful candidate will also contribute across key areas of the employee lifecycle, employee experience, HR operations, data management, and project execution. This role will play a critical part in ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience, maintaining operational excellence, and helping the HR team effectively scale while permanent organizational structures and resources are established.

Requirements

• Support Talent Acquisition activities and onboarding
• Contribute across key areas of the employee lifecycle, employee experience, HR operations, data management, and project execution
• Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience
• Maintain operational excellence
• Help the HR team effectively scale while permanent organizational structures and resources are established
• Recruitment administration activities; including creating requisitions and offers and coordinating candidates
• Screen resumes to help identify qualified candidates in partnership with the TA team and hiring managers
• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics across multiple stakeholders, as needed
• Conduct HR interviews
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruiting metrics, candidate activity, and hiring progress.
• Support offer preparation, pre-employment processes, and new hire readiness activities.
• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
• Support onboarding documentation, orientation and new hire communications.
• Partner with managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful employee integration.
• Support offboarding activities, including exit interviews, documentation, system coordination, and employee communications.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience across key touchpoints in the employee lifecycle.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and programs that support organizational culture.
• Support employee record maintenance and data validation
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports, analytics, dashboards, and workforce metrics, as system access permits.
• Monitor and assist with HR process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Serve as an initial point of contact for employee HR questions and requests.
• Provide timely, professional, and accurate responses or route inquiries appropriately.
• Provide support for ongoing, upcoming, and year-end HR initiatives and projects.
• Support HR programs during peak activity periods.
• Provide temporary coverage and operational support during periods of increased demand, team transitions, or resource gaps.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve overall service delivery.
