Perform HR-related duties on a professional level and work closely with the location’s management team, corporate human resources and safety. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, workers’ compensation, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, employment law and compliance. The Human Resource Generalist will assist with the daily functions of the Human Resource department including workers’ compensation, recruiting, employee relations, and communicating company policies and practices.
