The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for day-to-day execution of core HR functions in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on employee administration, onboarding, recordkeeping, benefits coordination, training support, and policy execution, while coordinating with executive leadership, external PEO firm, and outside legal counsel for advanced HR, compliance, and legal matters. HRIS Administrator. This position is non-managerial, and does not supervise employees, and does not set HR strategy. The role executes established policies and escalates complex issues appropriately.
