Requirements

• You’ve got 1–4 years of HR experience , preferably with recruiting, payroll, or general HR operations.
• Tech-savvy with experience in ATS, HRIS, and payroll systems .
• A master multitasker who can juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Outgoing, energetic, and genuinely excited about connecting people with opportunities.
• A proactive partner who ensures smooth scheduling, communication, and candidate management.
• Creative in sourcing top talent and passionate about building relationships.
• Flexible with your hours when needed—sometimes evenings or weekends are part of the adventure.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in multi-site or service-oriented organizations .
• Familiarity with employee relations, compliance, performance management, and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Like a Pro: Manage full-cycle recruiting—post jobs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and make offers that wow. Keep our talent pipeline full and thriving!
• Be the Go-To HR Guru: Answer HR questions, guide managers, and make sure policies are applied fairly and consistently.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Help with onboarding, offboarding, payroll backup, benefits support, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Crunch the Numbers: Track and report HR metrics and support process improvements that make a real difference.
• Support & Shine: Contribute to HR projects, support employee relations, and occasionally travel to our branch locations.
