About The Position

The HR Generalist exists for one driving purpose: to make the employee experience exceptional. Not adequate. Not compliant. Exceptional. You'll be the person employees trust, the advisor managers rely on, and the force behind programs that make people feel seen, supported, and set up to succeed. If you believe that a thriving workforce is an organization's greatest competitive advantage, and you want to play an active role in creating our culture, this position and our team are calling your name. Every touchpoint in the employee journey is an opportunity to get it right, and you'll own significant pieces of that journey. From the moment someone joins SOSi through every milestone along the way, you'll be designing, delivering, and continuously improving the experiences that shape how people feel about their work and their future here.
