About The Position

This role plays a key part in enhancing the County’s workforce by leading full-cycle recruitment activities, partnering closely with departments, and ensuring hiring practices reflect the County’s commitment to fairness, transparency, and community service. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and one year of related experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, applicant screening, interviews, and candidate communications.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, refine job descriptions, and align selection practices.
  • Coordinate and participate in interview panels; ensure equitable hiring practices and compliance with employment laws.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • Develop outreach strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates, including community engagement, job fairs, and digital recruiting.
  • Provide guidance to departments on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Contribute to broader HR projects and perform related work as needed.
