This position is a key member of the Shared Services Team, reporting to the President. Will become the subject matter expert in all HR related software and programs including AI related resources. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES ADMINISTER AND EXECUTE HR PROGRAMS: - These may relate to compensation, benefits, various leave programs, employee relations, performance & talent management, productivity, recognition, training & development EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT: - Promotes the health and well-being of employees via a variety of methods, including an annual employee engagement survey - Develop & implement ways to enhance the employee experience COMPLIANCE, POLICIES & PROCEDURES: - Ensure compliance with all State & Federal labor laws and regulations - Implement and enforce policies & procedures - Maintain the company policy manual
