About The Position

Help Build the Workforce Behind Exceptional Care At Everent Health, our mission comes to life through the clinicians and caregivers who serve patients and families every day. We're seeking a Human Resources Director to help lead the employee experience and serve as a trusted advisor to operational leaders. You'll help shape culture, strengthen leadership capability, improve retention, support workforce planning, and navigate complex people challenges in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Requirements

• Progressive HR leadership experience
• Strong employee relations and investigation expertise
• Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements
• Experience coaching and influencing leaders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A commitment to building exceptional employee experiences

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare, home health, hospice, post-acute, or other clinical workforce experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with leaders on workforce planning, engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness
• Coaching leaders through employee relations, performance management, and workplace challenges
• Supporting talent acquisition and retention strategies in a competitive clinical labor market
• Leading investigations and managing complex employee relations matters
• Supporting compliance with employment laws and healthcare-related regulations
• Overseeing workplace safety, workers' compensation, accommodations, and leave-related matters
• Using workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and drive business decisions
