Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or similar work experience required
2+ years in a Human Resources management role
Experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
3+ years of experience in a supervisory role

PHR/SPHR certification preferred

Responsibilities

Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
Payroll responsibilities
Conducting annual salary surveys
Monitoring and conducting bi-annual performance reviews
Performing benefits administration and analysis
Initiate and conduct recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
Cultivating and maintaining internal work culture including overseeing and creating work events
Creating and revising job descriptions
Conducting new employee orientations
Overseeing exit interviews
Conduct disciplinary actions including write-ups and terminations
Maintaining department records and reports
Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedure
