About The Position

Trinity Management Company, a leading multifamily real estate management company, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our people strategy and support our growing portfolio of properties and talent. With a commitment to excellence in property management and employee satisfaction, we’re seeking an individual to help us thrive as we shape communities and create exceptional living and working spaces. Our properties are in the greater Phoenix area, and our home office is located in Tucson.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience, ideally in real estate, property management, or a related field.
• Skilled in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, with a track record of building strong teams.
• Knowledgeable about employment laws and regulations (e.g., Fair Housing, OSHA, ADA) relevant to real estate operations.
• A proactive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to connect with employees at all levels.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience using HRIS systems (e.g., Paylocity) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

• HR certifications, such as SHRM-CP or SPHR, are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent for roles across property management, leasing, maintenance, and administration.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture by addressing employee needs, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
• Design and implement programs to drive high performance, including goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies specific to the real estate industry.
• Develop onboarding programs and ongoing training to equip our team with the skills to excel in a dynamic real estate environment.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and competitive compensation strategies to retain top talent.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, supporting our expansion and operational success.
