In this position, you will be responsible for enforcing and administering company policies and ensuring company practices are compliant with all laws and regulations affecting human resources activities. Requirements

  • At least three years’ experience as an HR Director or at least five years as an HR manager, preferably with a large resort/hotel and convention center.
  • Ability to maintain your own office to include typing, filing, computer, telephone, and fax.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office for Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, ADP, and HRIS systems.
  • Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
  • Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
  • Knowledge of Workers’ Compensation Administration duties
  • Experience with the administration and management of unemployment claims.
  • Experience with OSHA accident/injury reporting and yearly reporting.
  • Experience with FMLA & LOE.
  • Associate Relations & DA Advisor experience.
  • Management of Exchange Visitor Program/Housing.

  • Resolve employee relations issues and support conflict resolution.
  • Optimize HR operations, systems, and data reporting.
  • Promote workplace safety, wellness, and team member satisfaction.
