Additionally, the role involves managing benefits forms and payments, coordinating deductions and salary increases with payroll, and maintaining salary ranges to ensure fair compensation. The HR Director also oversees insurance, safety, and loss control, including updating policies, maintaining schedules of policies in force, managing MVRs and driver lists for organizational vehicles, and coordinating safety and training programs. The role includes identifying training needs, developing and presenting training programs, and maintaining training records. The position also requires performing related duties as assigned and attending team meetings.
