About The Position
Beverly Hills Cancer Center is currently seeking an experienced, full-time hands-on Human Resources Director. As an HR Director, you will work with a team that operates in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to be a part of the company’s growth, while further developing your skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development
- 5+ years of direct experience in human resources management preferred
- ADP knowledge preferred
- Experience rolling out programs highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
- Conducting recruitment efforts, including writing job descriptions, placing advertisements, screening and interviewing candidates, performing reference checks, extending job offers, and conducting new-employee orientations
- Performance management and improvement of systems including performance development plans and employee evaluation programs
- Ensuring the organization is in compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- Overseeing the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization
- Employee onboarding, offboarding, development, needs assessment, and training
- Policy & procedure development and documentation
- Company employee and community communication
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health
- Employee services and counseling
- Designing and implementing employee retention strategies and continuing focus on positive company culture
