About The Position

This is a rotational program structured to last three years with three 12-18-month assignments at corporate offices (hybrid) and manufacturing plants (onsite). Master’s program graduates interested in Human Resources within a diverse Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization will have the opportunity to engage in high-impact, challenging assignments within the Centers of Excellence (COE) and HR Generalist functions. Throughout the program, participants can expect to gain hands-on human resources experience, develop strong consulting relationships, use data and insights to guide strategic business decisions, advance conflict management and mediation skills, and build skills in areas such as employee relations, business acumen, talent acquisition, and talent management.

Requirements

  • Complete your Master’s degree in Human Resources, or a related program of study no later than June 2027 (January start dates available for December grads)
  • Have a general understanding of business, financial concepts, and theory behind processes
  • Able to relocate during and after the program. Location preferences are taken into consideration in addition to business needs. Location assignments will be available as early as January 2026.
