About The Position

The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone excited to learn Human Resources and help create a welcoming experience for applicants and team members. The role requires a combination of personality, judgment, curiosity, and organization, rather than extensive HR experience.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, administration, inventory, retail, or another people-focused position.
• College coursework in Human Resources, Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related area.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting, new hire onboarding, employee records, HR systems, team member communications, reporting, engagement activities, and special projects.
• Assist the Human Resources Manager with the resort’s uniform program, including preparing and distributing uniforms, maintaining issuance and inventory records, organizing supplies, and communicating team member uniform needs.
• Welcome new hires, schedule interviews, review spreadsheets, prepare orientation materials, distribute uniforms, follow up with managers, update employee information, and help coordinate team member events.
