About The Position

Seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support administrative operations, HR processes, and team activities. This role partners closely with HR leadership and staff to ensure efficient day-to-day function.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to HR leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel, and expenses
  • Maintain employee records (physical and digital) and ensure organized filing systems
  • Support onboarding logistics, candidate interview coordination, and office organization
  • Manage office supplies, internal postings, and departmental tools (e.g., seating charts)
  • Coordinate internal events, including logistics, catering, and setup
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor onboarding; track and reconcile expenses
  • Support DEI initiatives, including communications, event coordination, and recordkeeping
