About The Position

Trump Winery is seeking a professional, energetic, and enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our HR team. In this role, you’ll support the full employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR support while helping foster our company culture and contributing to positive retention practices. The ideal candidate is passionate about HR, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys partnering with leaders and associates at all levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business administration or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiar with Gmail and G-suite
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and HR Information Systems
• Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures and a solid working knowledge of recruitment/employment programs
• Must possess strong communications and presentation skills
• Must be able to handle sensitive information discretely and confidentially.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt, non-exempt, seasonal, and regular positions
• Write, post, and maintain job advertisements
• Prepare and conduct New Hire Meetings; create welcome packets, and onboarding documents
• Maintain HR systems and tracking tools, including Staff Directory, Office Contact List, Benefits Tracker, and Staff Calendar
• Coordinate employee recognition programs, engagement events, awards, birthdays, anniversaries, and service milestones
• Process I-9 documentation and verify work authorization through E-Verify
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
