Acts as a resource to all employees by providing information and answers to HR-related questions.

Requirements

  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience.
  • Previous experience in HR preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Accepts responsibility to comply with all safety, quality, customer, ISO, SQF and any other regulatory requirements. And has the authority to report concerns that could impact these requirements or suggest areas for improvement.
  • Plant admin support for metrics and front line for production data entry, meeting/visitor support, etc.
  • HR admin support for employee training, coaching, attendance, and data entry.
  • Back-up payroll coordination
  • Support hiring activities through applicant phone screening, testing, reference checks, Processing job offers and new hire onboarding.
  • Employee Relations – answer employee inquiries, provide employee support.
  • Coordination of temporary employees, processing payroll, and handling of invoices from temporary agencies.
  • Support Company Activities and Employee Recognition events.
  • Special Projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
