In this role, youll support daily HR operations, including pre-employment screenings, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee services. Requirements

  • 2+ years of HR experience in onboarding, screenings, or benefits support
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Must be onsite daily

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Workday or similar HCM
  • Prior experience supporting benefits processes

Responsibilities

  • Manage pre-employment screenings (background checks, drug tests, reference checks)
  • Coordinate onboarding and new hire documentation (I-9, E-Verify, tax forms)
  • Assist with benefits enrollment and open enrollment processes
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and employee files
  • Support HR audits, reporting, and communications
