Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in human resources in a similar position
  • University Degree or College diploma in Human Resources
  • Comfortable with new technologies and good knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Able to exercise a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Meticulous, organized, respectful of deadlines and proactive

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Dayforce HRIS system

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first HR point of contact for employees, responding to their inquiries promptly or referring them accordingly
  • Participating in the execution of various tasks related to the onboarding and offboarding process
  • Greeting new hires weekly and playing a key role in their first few days of integration
  • Executing administrative tasks related to employee movement (transfers, promotions, leaves, etc.) with the support of the Employee Services, Payroll and Benefits teams
  • Generating various HR reports to support business needs, when requested
  • Entering employee data into different systems primarily related to employee file management and time and attendance
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement and optimization of HR processes in collaboration with the HR team
