About The Position

The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator supports day-to-day HR operations by providing administrative and coordination assistance across HR functions, including HRIS data maintenance, employee relations support, leave of absence (LOA) intake and processing, onboarding, investigations intake, and benefits/compensation recordkeeping. The role manages high-volume inbound phone and email inquiries, processes LOA transactions across systems, documents interactions for accuracy and compliance, and delivers timely, accurate guidance on LOA policies and procedures. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with Site HR and other stakeholders. It is an on-site role based primarily at IAD – Dulles International Airport, with occasional support required at DCA – Reagan National Airport.
