As a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator at Alfa Laval, you’ll help ensure smooth daily operations across HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and development. In this role, you’ll coordinate HR activities, maintain accurate employee records, and assist with policy implementation and compliance. You’ll also support internal communication, training programs, and initiatives that promote collaboration, inclusion, and professional growth.
