Communicating tactfully and professionally at all levels and exercising discretion concerning confidential and sensitive information. Providing guidance and support to all employees and management, conducting orientations and training, preparing employee engagement activities, and other related activities. Influencing the enforcement and adherence to policies, as well as exercising the authority to independently act within those guidelines.
