About The Position

Woodhaven Enterprises is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This position provides administrative and day-to-day support for HR operations and serves as a resource for team members and management. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or HR coursework preferred.
  • 1-3 years of office, customer service, administrative, or HR experience preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources department by assisting with recruiting activities, calling applicants, scheduling interviews, coordinating new hire paperwork and onboarding, maintaining employee records, preparing reports and HR documents, and answering team member questions regarding benefits, payroll, and company policies.
  • Supports training activities.
  • Provides general assistance to help ensure efficient HR operations.
