We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to provide vital administrative support to our HR department and serve as a reliable resource for our 120+ team members. Operating alongside our HR Director, you will handle day-to-day employee lifecycle tasks, keep our HRIS records up-to-date, assist with pre-employment pipelines, and help pull together structural information for our regular payroll cycles. Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of active experience in an HR administrative, assistant, or general corporate support capacity.
  • High proficiency with MS Office suite.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, strict adherence to confidentiality, outstanding organizational skills, and a genuine interest in the behavioral healthcare/addiction recovery space.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of a comprehensive criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening is required as a condition of employment due to the nature of our facility.

Responsibilities

  • Keep our digital records pristine by managing employee data entry for new hires, terminations, and pay adjustments.
  • Help review and audit regular timesheets to ensure a seamless payroll run under the Director's oversight.
  • Manage the scheduling of candidate interviews, process critical criminal background checks, check professional references, and lead welcoming, compliant onboarding experiences for new team members.
  • Act as an accessible point of contact for basic questions regarding our employee benefits package, assist with leave of absence paperwork (FMLA/STD), and support the team through annual Open Enrollment.
  • Coordinate and track mandatory employee compliance training, health certifications, and professional development seminars using our automated training platform, Relias.
  • Ensure absolute compliance with federal, state, and local labor standards by accurately maintaining digital personnel files and assisting with necessary structural organization audits.
