AGM’s Human Resources Coordinator/Recruiter plays a vital role in supporting and enhancing the employee-owner experience throughout our organization. This position serves as a key partner in recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives that help drive AGM’s long-term success and strong workplace culture. The HR Coordinator/Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process while also supporting a variety of Human Resources programs and administrative functions, including employee records management, HRIS maintenance, wage review coordination, and employee education assistance programs. This role works closely with leadership and department managers during performance and wage review processes, quarterly meetings, and employee recognition initiatives. In addition, this position helps foster employee engagement by coordinating programs and events with both internal teams and external organizations, including educational partnerships with Pima Community College, wellness fairs, blood drives, and other employee-focused initiatives.
