About The Position

Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Human Resources Computer Systems Analyst to work on our HRIT team supporting HR systems including Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Fusion. You will have a deep focus on Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Benefits, and Workforce Compensation. This multifaceted role requires a candidate who can balance technical expertise with a comprehensive understanding of HR processes and is committed to maintaining data integrity and system effectiveness. Our team works a 9x80 schedule out of Idaho Falls with every other Friday off. Remote or Hybrid work opportunities may be available for this position.

Requirements

  • Level 3: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree and 2 years of relevant experience
  • Level 4: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 9 years of relevant experience or Master's degree and 6 years of relevant experience
  • Relevant experience in the following HR systems: Oracle Human Capital Management Fusion modules including Recruiting, Workforce Compensation, Talent Management, Benefits.
  • Experience working with Redwood UI and providing support to both Cloud and On-Premises customers.
  • Experience working on security setup and knowledge of localizations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Federal Clients is helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Provide both technical and functional support and enhancements with an implementation background for Oracle Cloud HCM Applications.
  • Help maintain Red Wood functionality into various HCM modules. Oversee configuration workbooks, ensuring precise documentation of system configurations and process workflows.
  • Help implement artificial intelligence capabilities within various HR systems.
  • Execute eligibility batch processes, managing eligibility criteria and document reassignments as per specified schedules.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues within HRIS, propose solutions, and enhance processes for increased efficiency within the various HCM modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Benefits, and Workforce Compensation.
  • Perform rigorous testing and validation of HCM processes within test environments prior to production deployment.
  • Partner with HR professionals and other stakeholders to advance HCM functionality features, such as talent management, workforce compensation and other modules.
  • Offer excellent customer service support, diagnosis, replication, and resolution of complex and critical service requests for Oracle products and other assigned systems as needed.
  • Leverage skills in SQL, OTBI/BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows, and the ability to understand and modify Fast Formulas.
  • Should have the ability to read and decipher software Log and Trace files, as well as the ability to act upon the finding to determine a problem resolution
  • Knowledge of external data integration services to load data into Oracle Fusion Applications from external sources, such as legacy systems and third-party applications or EPM Suite of applications.
