The Human Resources Compliance Coordinator supports the university's mission by assisting in the alignment of HR practices with federal and state employment laws, accreditation standards, collective bargaining agreements (where applicable), and higher education–specific regulatory requirements. This position provides support across campus for compliance guidance, operational risk mitigation, and policy administration. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the HR Compliance Coordinator collaborates with internal HR teams, Payroll, and other campus partners. The role contributes to fostering a culture of ethical conduct and accountability within the university community.
