About The Position

We are seeking a Human Resources Co-op Student to join our growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a student to collaborate with our supportive and knowledgeable team of Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Strategic Partnerships, Labour Relations, Talent Development, and HR Systems professionals. Gain exposure to a variety of HR disciplines while contributing to our mission of achieving a more secure world through innovation.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled full-time in a postsecondary co-op program in Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent
• Enthusiastic contributor with strong interest in Human Resources
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
• Must meet all applicable security requirements, including the ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian government security clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Preference for an 8- or 12-month term

Responsibilities

• Assisting with job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and employer branding initiatives
• Supporting compensation and benefits administration, and research
• Helping prepare reports, dashboards, and insights that inform decision-making
• Supporting employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, documentation, and HR systems
• Contributing to a variety of people-related projects, process improvements, and special initiatives across the HR team
