An HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning human resources strategies with organizational objectives. What it takes: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of progressive HR generalist or business partner experience with demonstrated responsibility for employee relations, investigations, performance management, and corrective action decisions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite High level of confidentiality and ability to process sensitive information A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of progressive HR generalist or business partner experience with demonstrated responsibility for employee relations, investigations, performance management, and corrective action decisions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
High level of confidentiality and ability to process sensitive information
A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.
