The Human Resources Business Partner supports the business in meeting its goals by assisting in implementing HR strategies with business objectives at the regional and/or functional level within Indiana University Health. Partners with leaders and team members to guide and align on HR matters such as talent management, engagement, workforce planning, leader and team development. Supports the implementation of system wide HR initiatives such as annual performance reviews, employee engagement, and succession planning. Works with the HR centers of excellence in talent acquisition, total rewards, talent management, learning and development, as appropriate when navigating regional/functional challenges and to partner and inform on system level HR practices.
